General

Co-founders Christine and Emily both studied art from a young age and attended visual arts programs in high school. They have experience with traditional mediums (sketching, gouache, watercolor, acrylic), conceptual art, and digital art.


All paintings on Wandercolors are created digitally on Procreate and take 20 - 60 hours each. While using similar techniques to traditional painting, digital painting allows us to capture greater detail and ensure a high quality print of any size. As reference photos, we use our own travel photos, stock imagery that is free for commercial use, and photo submissions. 


Yes if your photo meets the criteria below! If selected, we will paint it for zero commission and add it to our product catalog. We can also provide photographer credit on product posts that leverage your photo.

Criteria:

  • Must be your original photograph
  • Location that is not currently available on our store OR a new perspective of an existing location
  • High quality with great lighting and colors, natural edits/filters are acceptable
  • Well balanced subject matter, without many distractions

To submit, email info@wandercolors.com with:

  • Photo attachment(s)
  • Brief description of location and your travel tips for those who wish to visit
  • Optional: Instagram username/Personal website if you want attribution

Yes! Email info@wandercolors.com with a reference photo, the product you'd like, and size. We will get back to you with a quote and estimated timeframe.

The following sizes (inches) are available as unframed or framed art prints. Other custom sizes may be available upon request.

All items are charged in the currency displayed on the bottom left widget (CAD, USD, EUR, GBP, or AUD). The widget auto adjusts to your location, though you can change the currency.


Depending on the stage your order has reached in fulfilment, we may or may not be able to make changes. Email us your request at info@wandercolors.com and we will investigate if it is possible. Once your product has been printed, it is final sale.

Shipping & Returns

FREE worldwide shipping on all orders!


Yes! We ship to all countries, with the exception of Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.


 As our products are made to order, it takes 2 business days to fulfill an order and the average shipping time is 5 - 10 business days. Please note there may be Covid-19 related delays at this time. If you're in need of a gift sooner you can check out Wandercolors gift cards!


Tracking numbers will be sent out by email. If your products are shipped from different locations, you will receive separate tracking numbers. International tracking may take a few days after your item is sent to show up in the system, and not all countries' postal services keep this information updated.

If it's been more than 30 days and you have not yet received a product, please contact us with your order number and we will help resolve the issue.


Canadian and US orders will not be charged duties. European and Australian orders will not be charged duties on applicable products (see below).

Our products are fulfilled in the following regions:

  • Art Prints: Canada, US, Europe, Australia
  • Framed Art Prints: Canada, US, Europe (rectangular frames are duty-free, square frames are shipped from US), Australia
  • Phone Cases: Canada, US, Europe
  • Postcard: US, Europe, Australia

For international buyers located outside of these regions, you are responsible for any import duties or taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office to check the potential charges.


As our products are made to order, we can only provide refunds for items that arrive defective or misprinted. Please choose your items carefully before purchasing as we are unable to refund for incorrect size or color.

If you receive a defective item, please email info@wandercolors.com within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and 1 - 3 photos of the defective product to allow us to investigate for you and help resolve the issue.
